    ・ Android: 10.1 inches or higher, Android 10.0 or higher
    ・ iPad: All sizes available, iPadOS 15.0 or later

  • A. ・ Store-specific internet: You'll need a dedicated Wi-Fi network to connect to the customer waiting tablet. Please ensure the space where it will be installed has a stable internet connection.
    ・ Power outlet: Please provide an outlet (or power strip) that can charge customer waiting tablets at all times.

  • A. Self-installation is possible with the online guide.
    Don't worry too much, most stores offer self-installation!

  • A. If you have a device, you can use it within 2-3 days from consultation to actual use!
